The corner position means you get both sunrise over the water and the light going off the hills at the end of the day.
The bedroom and the living space both have air conditioning, and the kitchen has filtered drinking water, so you are not carrying bottles up from town.

Khanom is a working town on a long bay, not a resort strip. Most of what you need is within ten minutes on a scooter, and the rest is worth the drive.
